When will my order ship?
To ensure quality and freshness, each product is handmade with recognizable, cruelty-free, plant-based ingredients. Please allow a processing time of 5-7 business days for your order to be prepared and packaged for shipment. A shipment confirmation email will be sent, which will include tracking information once your order has been shipped. once order is processed, it will be shipped via USPS Priority 2-3 days business shipping.

Where do you ship?
We ship to all US territories, Alaska and Hawaii through the US Postal Service. We also ship internationally through DHL and USPS services.

How long does shipping take?
Our prime goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. Our standard processing time is 5-7 business days, and shipping is 1-3 business days after processing. Keep in mind that these are estimated times. If there is any further delay in your order, you will be notified immediately.
Our goal is for our customers to receive their products as quickly as possible, which means you may receive your order sooner than our projected processing and shipping time. Our days of business are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

My address was entered incorrectly, what do I do?
We encourage you to verify all information prior to submitting your order. MarthaLorine, LLC is not responsible for packages incorrectly delivered due to missing or invalid address and information provided at the time of purchase. A shipping cost will be invoiced for reshipped orders.
Can I make a change to my order?
Once an order is submitted through the online store, it CANNOT be changed.

Tracking is guranteed until package arrives to destination country, and it is the customer’s responsibility to contact their local carrier and ensure delivery.
In Canada and some countries, all packages are delivered by Canada Post. Charges for duties, taxes and the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and must be paid by you at Customs.
